After years of making appearances at various venues and festivals across Europe, London-based, Polish-born DJ, dogheadsurigeri finally drops her debut single. ‘Fluid Matter’ is built around a trippy, penetrating vocal hook which stutters in and out of frame as the track develops. An urgent, 4/4 beat, interspersed by rhythmic breakdowns, maintains momentum as frenzied claps and hats flutter frantically above. Finally, the bubbling bassline which sits below hints at dogheadsurigeri’s trance leanings.

‘Fluid Matter’ is a trance-infused, techno banger, aimed directly at the dancefloor, from one of London’s rising talents.

Taking on remix duties, Berlin-based, Polish producer Agata drives Fluid Matter firmly into psytrance territory, stripping the original to its essentials and pushing the tempo. The trippy vocal becomes almost a percussive element floating on top of the driving bassline. A classic psytrance acid lead pulses alongside tying the whole track together.
